This house is really lovely and spacious. The hot tub out back with a view of the river is incredible! We spent every spare moment in there! It has a roof so can be used in all weather. The hot tub is really easy to use. There are lots of great things to do nearby, beautiful walks, stunning countryside, great eateries. We really enjoyed our lunch in the local pub. Elaine and family were very welcoming - thank you for a great stay.

A little peace of heaven in a beautiful location.. Peaceful location which is not too far from all amenities. Furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean. The owner very welcoming. This is our second visit we love the area and the house. Cardigan Bay Area is naturally beautiful unspoiled location, there is everything you need lovely shops and places to eat, beautiful scenery and beaches and it hasn’t lost its quaintness, it’s like going back in time. We will be back.

An absolutely gorgeous cottage in an amazing location.. Sitting in the hut tub listening to the river was a wonderful treat and one we won’t forget. The cottage had everything we needed and even during these strange COVID times we had a wonderful break. Lovely owners who were friendly and happy to give recommendations for local places.

We loved the house and Elaine was charming , house was really clean and very comfortable, we will really try to go back.. Slight irritation was no mop for the wet room floor or for the utility room floor which was a shame , just a little thing really otherwise perfect .

The Farmhouse is a truly beautiful property.. .....built only 3 years ago and has a lovely feel both inside and out. Superb position in the Rheidol valley.....lovely views all around and the river running by at the bottom of the garden!! Internally the house is beautifully appointed and has everything you could wish for.....including a lovely large social living space which is great for a family or friends break. Hot tub with covered pergola and disco lights!! 5 mins drive into Aberystwyth to get provisions. 10 mins to the coast. 10 mins to the mountains. What's not to like?! And to top it all you will have the most caring and attentive hosts Elaine and Owen - you can feel their care and attention which has been put into this 'home away from home'. Highly recommended. There isn't enough amazing words to say about the farmhouse! ! The house it's self was fab a home from home really! Had everything you could want or need!! The hot tub was an added bonus and it was so lovely hearing the river go by whilst relaxing in the hot tub!! The views were beautiful and you had that from nearly every window you looked out!! I would recommend going to anybody who would love a relaxing holiday with plenty of views!!

Fantastic accommodation surrounded by beautiful scenery next to the river Rheidol and the icing on the cake was to be able to sit in the hot tub on a clear sky night and and look at the millions of stars in the night sky as there is no light pollution what so ever..

This property is one of the nicest holiday accommodations I have stayed in.. It’s in idilic spot, has everything you need, clean and comfortable and of high standard. The hot tub has a fantastic view of the river and pretty countryside. This area of wales is in our opinion the best area of wales, lots to do, don’t miss the dolphin boat, we saw the dolphins, the red kite feeding is also a must. Devils bridge if you can manage the 675 steps. The coast road down to Cardigan is a must too stopping off at all the stunning seaside towns new quay and arbeararon was our favourites, but try them all don’t miss Mwnt beach. The whole area is beautiful. If you want a relaxing holiday with lovely accommodation, stunning views and nice places to eat try here you won’t be disappointed.

The photos did not do the place justice - the place was simply beautiful and too difficult to capture this on camera! The attention to details was so thoughtful and the location very peaceful and tranquil. Plenty to do in the area for all age and ability. A simply super and relaxing break

Beautiful house, stunning location, every detail thought of. Everything you could think of has been catered for to a high standard and quality. The real show stopper is the hot tub next to a river! Already booked to go back for a week this time.

Having never been to Wales we decided to stay at this house as it ticked all the boxes. The house was built in 2016 and is situated in a very tranquil setting. The house is in a valley of mountains with an abundance of trees and a clear flowing river to complete the picture. The house sleeps 6 and has a very well equipped kitchen, large lounge and dining area, family bathroom with shower and bath. A utility room (washer & dryer) that connects to a downstairs toilet and shower and to the rear door that takes you directly to the LA Spa hot tub, my wife and daughters spent many hours in the hot tub. LED lighting and the variable jets were a huge bonus, the hot tub is positioned under a large wooden pagoda with a planted roof which looks out to the river and the mountains beyond. Amazing to say the least. The house features underfloor heated oak flooring. A nice television can be found in the lounge, another in the kitchen and one more television in the master bedroom. Radiators are also used to heat the house. The wood burner can also be lit if you wish, wood, firefighters and matches are provided at no extra cost, perfect for those autumn/winter evenings. A large patio table and chairs can be found on the large patio area as can a small BBQ. Outside lighting completes the patio area. All of the rooms are large and finished to a good specification. The hot tub chemical levels are checked every 2 or 3 days, a technician also visits on a Friday. The house was spotlessly clean , bedding and towels are supplied as is an ironing board and iron. If you are looking for a house that has it all, then look no further. Thank you to Janine for making us feel very welcome, it's nice to have someone to contact on a daily basis if needed.
