The Crows Nest is a fantastic, well equipped holiday home based in the centre of Dartmouth Town in South Devon. The property is an apartment covering three floors. The first floor has an open plan living, kitchen and dining room, it's a great spacious room for all of the family or a group of friends with ample seating. The second floor has two bedrooms both ensuite and the third floor has the master bedroom with an ensuite. 

All shops, cafes and restaurants in the town are on your doorstep and the River Boats, Passenger Ferries and Greenway ferry are only around the corner. Dartmouth is a picturesque town which is well known for Dartmouth Royal Naval College, it has so much to offer locally in the town however, it's only within short driving distances of other main towns in South Devon. Kingswear is just over the passenger ferry, Brixham is a 20 minute drive away from Dartmouth over the Lower or Higher Ferry, Kingsbridge and Totnes are in 40 minutes of driving. Each town is also on the bus route from Dartmouth if you didn't want to drive.

Entertainment: 52" Smart TV in living room, 32" TV in Bedroom 2, DVD Player, Radio/CD/DAB Player

Family: Travel Cot, High Chair and Stair gates supplied. (Please bring your own linen for the Travel Cot)

Outside: Roof Terrace (Please be aware no more than 4 people of the Roof Terrace at a time) 

Parking: Parking Permit Provided for 1 unreserved car park space in the local car park. 

General: WiFi, Gas Central Heating, Bed Linen and Towels Provided (Please bring your own Beach Towels). No Smoking. 

Pets: Maximum of 1 Pet Accepted, Note - You will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
