Inside is also a bathroom and an open-plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking and a garden at side with lawn, decking, furniture and outdoor hot tub.. 1 Beeston Hall is a wonderful retreat in a charming Yorkshire setting.

Ripponden is set in the rural Pennine landscape, three miles from Sowerby Bridge and is made up of traditional stone-built cottages, high street shops, cafe and several pubs. The River Ryburn flows gently through the centre and pretty old weaving villages are found in the surrounding hills. Nearby is Hebden Bridge and the Rochdale Canal. Numerous listed buildings and National Trust properties are close by and the Haworth area is also a must for steam railway enthusiasts who will enjoy the thriving Worth Valley Railway.
