Returned to 'The Cottage' again this year on our annual family pilgrimage. The house has everything you need for a great stay and Joe is so friendly and helpful and the beds are so comfortable. The location is good too near Quilty and Miltown Malbay. There's a shop O'Dwyers nearby and two pubs; the Quilty Tavern and Daly's Bar, Kilmurry. The best beach is Coragenoola, just over the back from Seafield Pier.

This is a lovely Irish home right next door to the family farm. The location is ideal for Quilty, Kilmurry and Miltown Malbay. The house is very clean, comfortable and spacious with everything you need for a great stay. If there's anything you need, then Joe will go out of his way to make sure it's available.

The owner, Pat Morrissey could not have been nicer.. He even provided basic foods and drinks for us on our late arrival (tea, coffee, milk, bread, butter, etc.). The cottage suited our needs perfectly - 5 adults and 2 little children. Very peaceful and quiet on small side road with nice panoramic views of the Atlantic Ovean and farm fields all around us.

The cottage was perfect for our purposes.. We wanted a base in Co. Clare from where we could explore the rest of the county. It was the perfect location. The host couldn't do enough for us. I highly recommend this cottage for hire. Thanks!

This is a great house for a big group.. Plenty of space for everyone. Also a good location, easy access to the many wonderful attractions of Clare. Joe, the owner could not be more helpful.

A large property - great for not feeling on top of each other.. Ideal for a large group of golfers wanting to explore nearby courses. Very quite, inland, rural environment - a car is essential for reaching the nearest shop, bar or beach. Lovely waking up to the gentle mooing of cows in nearby fields / or to see the horses in the stables next door. Joe the owner is lovely, warm and welcoming. A care package of essential food stuffs was left waiting for us so there was no frantic rush to find the nearest open shop. Great to arrive at a property that actually has toilet roll in situ as opposed to some properties who give no thought to their guests nor have a desire for repeat custom.
