Outside, there is a shared garden with furniture, a heated pool and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Apologies, this is is a pet-free, non-smoking property. Within 1.6 miles there is a shop and within 0.2 miles, a pub. The Coach House is a stunning base for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. Please note: Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is 10am. Guests should use the pool at their own rise as their are no lifeguards. Due to the beds, this property is only suitable for 7 adults and 2 children.

Easton Walled Gardens, a neighbouring site, is definitely worth a visit, lying in a lovely rolling valley with the rumbles of the A1 hidden behind a belt of trees, holding a wealth of decorative outbuildings, shrubberies, meadows, and a rose garden, all set in a colourful and vibrant environment.
