To the outside, there is one designated off-road parking space and secure storage. The Cairn is a wonderful retreat to enjoy this wonderful part of Scotland.

Boat of Garten is a village situated in the Cairngorms National Park near the River Spey, resting just seven miles away from Aviemore. The village plays host to a good selection of amenities, making a great base for exploring the rugged landscape of the region and the abundance of wildlife that resides here. Within the village you will find Anderson's Restaurant, a Post Office with a delicatessen, a shop with a cafe and The Boat Hotel.
