The Cottage was warm and comfortable, the view did your heart good, the closest shop was limited for fresh groceries but good off licence, pub close by, good food and allowed the dog in, we had a lovely time and would stay again if down that way..

Excellent location with a beautiful view.. The cottage is comfortable and spacious. The heating is good and was necessary for the first couple of days. Owners nearby and friendly and we're available if needed. The only slight criticism is the lack of saucepans, bowls and chopping boards for food preparation and cooking knives. Some new towels would be nice.

The house owners could not have been any more helpful or friendly.. The view from the house is magnificent and though we were busy each day, we could very easily have stayed at home and enjoyed the house and garden. We had a great time.

Had a lovely view over the bay. The owners were very friendly and answered all questions that we had. It was the perfect place to venture out on The Ring of Kerry or do nothing but walk the beaches of Derrynane. The Blind Piper pub nearby had great food and entertainment. It was the perfect way to end our 6 weeks in Ireland.

I was very impressed with the position of the cottage. The outstanding feature for me was the view. The owners were very helpful, unobtrusive, but there if you need them, and I really appreciated the space.

We would highly recommend this cottage, and would like to thank Sykes staff, and the owners of The Bay for a wonderfully relaxing holiday. There was nothing to dislike except for having to leave such a lovely place the following Saturday.
