I thought the barn was very nice, set in the lovely village of Coltishall.. I only met Harriot Getley (Harriot and Brian Getley are the owners, and run the adjoining Red Lion Pub) who was very nice. The barn could do with a little tlc in places, could be lighter and better soundproofed, but some may say that these points added to the charm of the barn.
There is a lovely small enclosed garden and patio, and a VERY NICE hot tub, that we certainly made use off. We had the odd visit of the friendly neighbourhood cat, who also was very nice.
The barn is well positioned for visiting local attractions, we went to Wroxham barns, which was very nice, well worth a visit if you had young children with you, although we didn't, but was still worth gong too, Norwich and Wroxham twice. We had a lovely hour and a half cruise on the Norfolk Broads which was both enjoyable and informative. Had fish and chips twice in Wroxham from, I think it was called, Grays Fish and Chip shop, that were the best I had eaten in a long while.
All in all, a very nice few days, and I would not hesitate to return another time.
