The Annexe Mill Farmhouse is a detached bungalow located in the Suffolk village of Martlesham Village. There is two bedrooms comprising of a super king-size double (zip/link) and a double, as well as a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen diner and a sitting room with an electric fire. To the outside there is off road parking for one car and a front patio with furniture. The Annexe Mill Farmhouse is a charming property in a great location.

Area
This village sits on the fringes of the Suffolk Coast & Heaths AONB, 10 miles from the south coast. Referred to as 'Old Martlesham', it provides you with a Post Office Store, two pubs and a fish and chip shop. The village is also home to Martlesham Creek, popular for sailing as it flows into the River Deben and down to the south coast. Felixstowe is 10 miles away, it boasts a range of amenities along with a beach with an amusement arcade. Slightly closer is Suffolk's county town, Ipswich, it proves itself to be a great day out with its shopping centre, cinema and series of parks.

Absolutely spotless on arrival with a very generous welcome pack, together with all the kitchen basics one would normally bring oneself.. Very well appointed and the location was excellent for our needs and anybody wishing to explore the Suffolk coast. Ours was a short visit over the remembrance weekend, however next time we plan to visit old haunts in Suffolk - The Annexe Mill Farmhouse will be our first choice for a longer stay.

This is the best Sykes holiday cottage that we have ever stayed in.. Comfort and equipment far exceeded anything that is usually found. Fitted out with top quality equipment. Owners were also extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to stay in this area.

The Annexe was spacious and very well equipped, with great attention to detail.. There are many places of interest nearby, the Constable Centre and Sutton Hoo being just two.

Superb holiday cottage very well equiped and comfortable, spent a very enjoyable week here, the owners were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble.. A good place to stay for visiting many of the attractions in Suffolk, Constable country, Sutton Hoo, Woodbridge all close by also not far from the coast. Highly recommended.
