The villa is very functional and complete. Everything was very good apart from a few obsolete installations: Air conditioning in a defective room did not work during the stay Hot water broke down twice Swimming pool after 2 interventions at our request at the end of the clean road Closing of the catastrophic and tedious gate And the worst of all the gardeners they dirty everything and do not clean up after their visits. Pool disgusting after this is unacceptable.

What a disappointment, when we arrived, the pool was green, all that was missing were ducks and frogs! The dishwasher, the hotplates, the microwave were very old. The kitchen sink faucet was not fixed: once fixed, you could not open the window! The dishwasher was full! The quilts were all stained and we had to give them to clean, steps leading to the swimming pool detected, mosquito net out of order, space is lacking for other problems!

The house is quite nice overall. But, it should be specified that she is a smoker. We spent two days rewashing the cousins and some sheets because with 3 small children it was mandatory. Not to mention the smell of cigarettes in the rooms despite constant ventilation. In addition, the two low garden chairs are unusable because they are broken and in an advanced state of decomposition. It's a shame because the house is of good quality. These inconveniences spoil everything.

We had a great week, we enjoyed the beautiful garden with the pool and a wonderful porch. A few minutes from Javea. Very good memory

Very pleasant house, large, large swimming pool, quiet 2 small downsides: household appliances (old-fashioned dishwasher and microwave, no coffee machine with pods) and maintenance of the garden on arrival (plaster on the edge of the the swimming pool, toy debris on the lawn) In addition, the stairs leading to the swimming pool should be renovated

On arrival not a single toilet paper roll was available, on any of the 3 toilets. If you were to travel there with children that might be a problem. Kitchen is very outdated and furnished accordingly. Especially in the kitchen there is an unpleasant smell. Many devices such as toasters were available in multiple quantities, but only one worked. Should be sorted out. Otherwise, the whole house is wonderful, with a great pool and in a good location.

Overall the rental was very good, only downside, no air conditioning in the living area (dining room, living room and kitchen).

We stayed in this great & quiet house from 7-14 July 2018. It was a great week with friends. We probably used the terrace with the adjoining pool the most. There are additional armchairs in the garage. The rooms are well equipped, lots of beach chairs & umbrellas, blankets (we left 2 large beach towels and 1 swim ring). The large bedroom with bathroom is great! The other rooms all lead off a long hallway. We all just left the doors ajar at night so that it didn't echo. The air conditioning can be adjusted very well and the windows in the bedrooms all have mosquito screens! The kitchen is well equipped and some pots and pans could be replaced soon. The fridges are huge! You should put away all food immediately, otherwise the ants will come. In the evening we used an anti-mosquito device for the socket on the terrace and thus had largely peace. The pool was checked and cleaned twice in the morning. The only downer was the mattresses, very old and hard: you notice the wires when you lie down. If that is improved, we would be VERY LOVELY to come back !!!!! One evening we had a power failure (all air conditioning on full power, ...) the technician came and fixed it. There is another main box on the street where you can reset it. Great service, nice staff! We will definitely never forget this eventful week :)
