The kitchen utensils were dirty. The beds were unmade, and they only left one set of sheets and towels for a week, considering we were there in the summer and would be using the pool and beach daily. When we arrived at the house, we found dog droppings in the garden, which we had to pick up since the cleaning staff wouldn't be back until the next day. Also, an employee from the agency showed up inside the house unannounced, without ringing the bell or identifying himself!

Not overlooked and easy to access. Very good location.

There were two of us with two dogs. Everything went very smoothly. The house was clean, as was the pool. Interhome staff were very friendly and approachable. The beach, as always, was fantastic, with very few tourists around, and everything was clean throughout the entire town. This was our second time in Riumar.

Interhome (the booking) perfect across the board. The local branch could do better: small and worn sheets, no tea towels, broken and blocked roller shutter, weeding of the yard during our stay. The owner is certainly responsible for the lack of maintenance: air conditioning that breaks down, old microwave and hob, pool edges detached and outdoor shower broken. The house is pleasant and could do with a refresh of the equipment. After 7 p.m. the mosquitoes charge.

Well fenced house dogs safe, unfortunately has no green spaces. Rooms all with air conditioning and mosquito nets on the windows. Everything was clean in the bathroom, unfortunately the shower heads could not be attached and the kitchen is only equipped with the most necessary things. Don't forget mosquito spray, there are a lot of mosquitoes.

Clean and well equipped house with a private pool

Pleasant house in a quiet area (at least in September) for a pleasant stay, well located near the beach and a small well-stocked supermarket. The fence separating the house next door is not the one in the photo but a low, unfinished fence (possible nuisance). Possible improvements = a slightly more comfortable sofa, better quality bedding, a dishwasher, a less bulky outdoor table.

If you are expecting some kind of luxury, this is not your home. A very modest house in which quite a few improvements could be made. We stayed for 15 days, they gave us one set of sheets and one set of towels only. We had to ask for clothespins and glasses. The kitchen utensils are insufficient. One of the bathrooms was clogging and the pool shower too, the pool was only cleaned once. Otherwise, all good!!

It is an old and simple individual house but it has everything you need to spend a few days (the only thing missing is a dishwasher). Great pool and porch, all clean and tidy.
