First Floor

• Bedroom 1: double bed and storage space, sea views.
• Bedroom 2: double bed and storage space with a view of Mumbles nature reserve.

• Family bathroom: bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.

• Entertainment: TV.
• Outside: tiered sun terraces to the rear complete with handrails, fully enclosed 
• Parking: parking for 2 small cars. Further on road parking can be found to the front with public car park also along the promenade.
• General: changeover day - Friday. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. WiFi. Sea views. 3 star rating.
• Pets: dogs welcome. Note - you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.
• Accidental Damage Deposit: you may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
• Notes: no smoking. Please be aware that there is a ramp up to the parking space that might not be suitable for long wheel base, low cars.  This cottage is located on Mumbles Road where the volumes of traffic can vary.
