The general condition of the accommodation was good but: - Rooms were full of cobwebs - There is very little hot water. There were 7 of us and we couldn't take a shower in the morning because there was only enough water for 3 people. - The curtain in the shower was missing - A small rubbish bag was submitted to us. Not enough at all.

Several details bothered us. -There were lots of ants when we arrived. After reporting this fact to the agency, an intervention effectively solved the problem. -The sink jet aerator was clogged with limestone. We settled the case ourselves. -The pan should be changed because the food sticks to the cooking. Given the rental price, we are entitled to expect impeccable quality. Best regards. F. Beguelin

A pleasant chalet close to everything, with plenty of room. The kitchen is not very big but functional, it just lacks a microwave. We will come back with pleasure!

Congratulations to the Interhome Ovronnaz reception and their organization. We have been coming for several years and it is always a pleasure. Can not wait for next year.

Everything is simple but nothing is missing, except, in my opinion, a microwave... We thought of the children, games and books available. Maybe a little too many “trinkets”. Nice atmosphere well thought out by parents or grandparents. Thank you for this good stay.

We had some problems with the hot water and the dishwasher, but the people responsible intervened very quickly! Thank you for your efficiency ! We will gladly come back !! Yours sincerely !
