Overview 

This cosy three bed mews style two story townhouse is an ideal touring base for the whole Dingle Peninsula. For beach lovers and surfers, it is located only minutes from the renowned Inch beach to catch those wild Atlantic waves! For those that like to have amenities to hand, the property is also walking distance to the charming Foleys Pub and Restaurant which serves fresh food daily in high season. The bar area is also very charming and there is a separate pool room for those fun filled evenings in the pub.

Bedrooms

Downstairs there is a twin room with an adjacent cloakroom style bathroom (just WC and hand basin). On the second floor there are two spacious double rooms, one of which is en suite. The double bedroom to the rear of the property has distant sea views and a full bathroom alongside that consists of a free-standing shower, bathtub, WC and hand basin. The en suite double also has a walk-in wardrobe and views to the landscaped grounds, which for most of the year boast blooms of stunning mature native rhododendrons.

Bathrooms

Downstairs there is a cloakroom style bathroom with WC and hand basin. Upstairs there is a full family bathroom with free standing shower, bathtub, WC and hand basic. There is also an en suite with free standing cubicle style shower, extractor fan, WC and hand basin.

Living Area

Very comfortable square shaped wood floored living space that includes a contemporary three-seater sofa, sofa bed (for that extra guest), soft fireside chairs, cafe table and TV. There is also a functioning wood stove with an attractive mantle area. The living room is an ideal space for playing games or watching a movie after a wonderful day on the beach, hiking in the mountains or browsing the shops/galleries of Dingle. This living room space also has a super plush carpeted staircase that discreetly leads from this room to upstairs. Tucked under this staircase one will find a very compact utility space with a washing machine.

Kitchen

This mews house has a very smart cream lacquered unit kitchen with all new appliances, a gas stove and belling fan oven and gas. There is also a fridge, drawer freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and sufficient cooking equipment. There are doors from this room that lead to the outside patio. There is also outside furniture stored in the garden shed.

Dining Room

The kitchen boasts a dining area and there is a solid round wood table with four chairs, plus an extendable piece. There are extra chairs available in the kitchen area, therefore accommodating in total six around the table.

Access

There is only one entrance/exit area. This front section of the property also has a cute circular area that may come in useful for temporary offloading of sports equipment and bikes. There is a very spacious garden to the rear where you can enjoy those sun downers after a day on the beach!

Beach – Inch Beach 3 minute drive, 18 minute walk

Pub/Restaurant - Walking distance to Foleys Pub & Restaurant. 1.1 kms to Sammy’s Pub & Restaurant, also in the same area is the Strand Hotel which has a bar area and food served daily in high season. 

Shop - Within 1.1 km of a small shop located behind Sammy’s Restaurant on Inch beach. It has some basics such as beverages, dairy, bread, household necessities..

Annascaul is a further 7kms and here you will find a grocery store, butcher, post office, pubs and restaurants. One of the pubs in Annascaul, namely The South Pole Inn was founded in 1927 by the famous artic explorer .. check out the artic window experience in the pub!

Kerry Airport - 32 km, 30 minute drive
