We booked the west-facing, 6th-floor apartment as our winter home from mid-January to mid-March. The location was ideal, with easy walking access to the beach and Calpe town center. Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction work in the surrounding area (construction noise). The apartment itself was well-divided. Unfortunately, the sofa in the living area was very uncomfortable! An underground garage with one parking space is available.

The apartment was clean, well equipped and the neighborhood was quiet. In the yard, a nice-sized swimming pool (quite deep) and a padel court that could be reserved (bring your own rackets). The apartment was a short distance from grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is perfect for families.
