We stayed one week at Sunnyside Cottage.. Nice and clean. Beds made up for us. The Garden was safe for the Dog. Spoke to Vicky on the phone due to Covid 19. Vicky helped with all the questions we had about staying. Very friendly to talk to. Had a great time on Holiday. If you take Dogs with you. Visit Moggs Eye Beach. The road does have pot holes when you arrive at Sunny side Cottage. But this does upset the Holiday or the Cottage. If you like this area of England. Just book Sunnyside Cottage and enjoy the area and the seaside and the cottage.

"Basic" best describes this Property.. The "welcome pack" consisted of a ring binder with a lot of dos and don'ts. There was no information about pubs, shops, restaurants, taxis, doctors or any local info or recommendations. The kitchen and bathroom were very dated, one of the kitchen cupboard doors was hanging on by one hinge. the utensils and crockery were very sparse. One of the beds in the second bedroom was broken with missing slats replaced by a section of board. I have had 8 holidays with Sykes and this is by far the worst accomodation. I really think you should review this property.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sunnyside but the place is showing signs of old age and needs some work on it.. I dont think we will be comming back again. One of the beds was broken, the seating is very uncomfortabe , the cooker is not very good and the heating system is not good enough for the size of the place. Im afraid for what you pay it is not worth it. We will be looking for somewhere else next time. Regards Tony Knight

This is a very cosy, comfortable bungalow set in a lovely area central to wandering around the Lincolnshire coast.. However, it is set on an unmade road which has many potholes.

Poor quality garden furniture, old and dirty.. Kitchen bowl split and broken. Access to property made difficult by next door neighbour. Found the property to be over cluttered. Bathroom door needs attention as it jams shut, no curtains or blinds in bathroom.

Well what can I say, I booked this property for my dad an step-mum and to say the least they was over the moon! The host Vicky went over and above than anyone would! The cottage is amazingly comfortable and very warm feeling! It has ample parking and offers amazing features! The cottage has more than enough to offer and is amazing how it has a pet friendly offer! We will definitely be a returner and cannot thank Vicky enough for everything! Its exceeds more than 5* this quaint gorgeous cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnyside Cottage.. It had everything we needed to make it a home from home, we were greeted by a lovely lady when we arrived who made us feel very welcome. It was very peaceful and quiet and the fully enclosed garden was an added bonus for our little dog. I’m sure we will be back again in the future.

Property is clean and comfortable and warrants its 3 tick rating.. It could just do with a little cosmetic work. That said the property is well located for both the seaside areas and interesting places inland - for example Woodhall Spa and Horncastle.

We have just returned from a lovely week staying at Sunnyside Cottage.. We were met by the owner who showed us around; she was extremely friendly and took time to get to know our two dogs. We could not fault the cottage, it was spotlessly clean with everything we needed, and the garden was large with plenty of room for our two German Shepherds. If we were to return to this area againwe would definitely book Sunnyside Cottage.

Just returned home after a fabulous week at this cottage. I would describe it as cosy, warm and comfortable. It has everything you need and most of all was perfect for our 2 springer spaniel's. The large enclosed garden is always on our list of priorities and is just brilliant for keeping them safe. The surrounding beaches are amazing for long walks. All in all, a highly recommended retreat. We will be back. Thank you.

The property was excellent and we were particularly pleased about the secure garden which meant we were able to let our two dogs outside without fear of them escaping! The property was well situated to enable us to visit various coastal locations and also to visit towns and villages in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
