Sunny House Apartment 2

Anyone who books this vacation rental will get a truly fantastic, modern, clean, and well-maintained apartment. It's a five-minute walk from the promenade, where there are restaurants and plenty of ice cream. We had a lovely week there, but unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because of severe storms.

The apartment is new. Everything in it worked perfectly. Only the beds are a bit worse, or rather iron slats that creak and move slightly. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about. The location near the lake is a great advantage. The underground garages are also very practical, the elevator is right in front of the apartment door.

A very high-quality, air-conditioned apartment with comfortable beds, a quiet location (occasionally, construction work in the nearby yard could be heard), a very well-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and a large balcony. The apartment and entire complex with pool are very clean. Parking is in a private, lockable, large garage within the on-site underground parking garage, and there's an elevator. A 5-minute walk to the lake (beach with lawn and trees, as well as a pebble beach with a snack bar and restroom). This small, attractive town has a lakeside promenade. 5 STARS

Very nice, well-equipped apartment. The only criticism was that there was no German-language TV program!!

Big appartement with all you need. Gravedona is not the best place of the Como lake but if you take your car it's not a problem
