The house is located in Itri, so a little out of the way from the sea. The structure is well maintained and very large but it is evident that it is "lived in". In the afternoon it was impossible to enjoy the garden due to the numerous mosquitoes. We had a problem with the stove and the upstairs bathroom and the housekeeper was very kind to get everything sorted out as quickly as possible. Who takes care of the management of the house was very kind, but personally being out of everything I would not stay there again

The house reflects the photos posted. It is cozy, comfortable and cool even on the hottest days. The garden is well kept and clean as well as the swimming pool. The only thing is that the space outside in the evening is not very usable due to the lack of light. The contact persons on site were also very kind and ready when we needed their intervention. Regarding the price, however, I found the expenses to be paid separately (cleaning and electricity consumption) expensive.

The house is very nice but neglected. We pay for the final cleaning and at the beginning the house is dirty. outside, etc. Wifi is a failure, no cellular network in the houses, you have to look outside
