A somewhat dated house, but very spacious and with character, beautiful, fairly new bathrooms with sauna, games for bad weather (darts, billiards, table football), quiet surroundings and a nice little children's playground nearby. Mattresses relatively soft, Weber grill could use a new grill grate

Overall everything was good; in some areas a tradesman should come by. The toilet door at the bottom is stuck, as is the toilet door on the first floor. Overall the house is very well equipped. A bit of a problem with the local administration as the garbage cans were not emptied. After this problem was complained about, it was explained that the tenants should take care of it. However, no collection time was given, just nothing.
