We found the travel instructions and the property location very good and the key safe easy to find and use. The accommodation has everything needed for a short stay, a comfortable large bed , basic facilities but quite adequate and luckily we were travelling every day or would have found it a little small. Location is very good for exploring Gstaad and the area, with parking, train station, restaurants and shopping readily available. Only disappointment we never received an answer to our queries

The unit was very convenient to train station and in town. No hills or stairs to climb. Clean and well equipped. Would have liked better lighting and seating.
