Area Dalmally is a bustling village resting between Tyndrum and Oban in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The village began as a settlement to the nearby Kilchurn Castle, established in the mid 15th century by the 1st Lord of Glenorchy. Today, the village plays host to a shop, Post Office and a hotel as well as Glenorchy parish church. Attractions within the area includes the nine hole parkland golf course, Loch Awe with its ruined castle and Ben Cruachan is a superb walk..
