Small kitchen 4 m2 (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the terrace. Shower/WC. Terrace 17 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine (extra), children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Chest of drawers bedroom (window side) broken. Furnishings outdated, especially kitchen and extremely bathroom. Musty smell upon moving in. Terrace needs to be cleaned urgently. Dirt under the kitchen chairs.

Moin, first it was clean. Anyone who likes the style of the 80s is in good hands here. (Gelsenkirchen baroque). It needs to be renewed here and there, but otherwise ok. A big drawback is the lack of wifi, which is a must these days. The terrace needs better maintenance. Everything is as shown in the pictures.

Terrace lighting does not work. Lighting in the hallway does not work. Vacuum cleaner gets hot when in use. A mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. A WiFi connection would not be bad.

The house was bigger than we thought, beautiful. Just from the beginning in the house everything was full of no fruit flies!! Hundreds, so our little dog was always scared. We broke almost all the flies and bought something special for them, otherwise everything was fine and clean.

Accommodation was ok. Strange smell in the apartment at first. Very many small Obstmücklen in the house. The washing machine had to be paid extra, then only 1.5 hours could be booked. It was not apparent or noted anywhere how long each program lasted. After the end of the 1.5 hours, the machine breaks off and you have to book another 1.5 hours. Was annoying...

The holiday home was in order. Since we have been in the house for 2 years in a row, we noticed that the owner should invest a little, for example, the mattresses are worn out and the carpet under the living room table should definitely be disposed of.

Overall ok. The upholstered furniture does not look very attractive, has stains. The patio cushions are also very worn. A lot of dust in some places upon arrival. If you don't have high expectations, good apartment in a good location. Very central.

The house is very nice but was very dirty. We had to clean for a total of 4 hours. Bathroom toilet and tiles extremely dirty. Dishes would have to be washed first. Food leftovers and coffee leftovers were still available. Table dirty and sticky. Everything was dusty. Floor and carpet full of fluff and dust bunnies.
