We are French and we don't speak English very well.. So, the fact of being able to communicate by email is a real comfort. The quality of trade and the timeliness of answers demonstrate a great professionalism. All was easy. Each stage of the booking has been explained. The house was in the same condition as the photos of the site. We are very satisfied with the service offered. We will recommend your agency. Kinds regards, Mrs Duwoye,

The cottage was lovely masses of room to spread out in very comfortable and in a lovely area .. The Wicklow Mountains are beautiful. We loved the garden and all the birds , watched the bats fly out at night, and had friendly visits from a cat. The cottage was very well equipped, but lacked any dressing tables or mirrors in the bedrooms, the ensuit bathroom mirror was so high that I could only see my forehead. The only issue we had was a cleanliness issue in the kitchen, the seals and all round the doors of the fridge and the freezer were not at all clean nor was the kettle and toaster ,we had to clean them before we used them. I would return to this cottage in the future all things considered

Stone House was a superb holiday let.. The house had everything you could wish for in a holiday home and was in beautiful surroundings. The pub across the road was lovely and everyone was very welcoming. The area was rural but had some fantastic places to visit for example Glendalough lake with a trip to the Wicklow Heather Restaurant afterwards. We would definitely recommend Stone House to anyone and will hopefully return soon.

Lovely large house, plenty of room outside too.. Spacious bedrooms and extremely large kitchen. Visiting cat, birds to feed in the garden and bat watching at night!

House is in a beautiful but quite isolated location, for families make sure you have your groceries with you, it’s about 15 to 20 mins to next town..

The house was lovely and in a peaceful setting.. The scenery was spectacular. Pub over the road was excellent, Theresa and junior made us very welcome. The only problems were no mirrors in two bathrooms, men had to shave on the landing. Only one hairdryer which did not work , but this was solved by borrowing one from a lovely lady across the road. Would of liked some fresh milk on arrival for a hot drink ? Tea coffee was there . Thank you. Lots of pots and pans but could do with some new frying pan,s . Would not use what was there. Would recommend this spacious house . We all had a wonderful time and loved the fantastic views where ever we went.

We really enjoyed staying at this beautiful cottage, as we were 4 adults there was plenty of space for all of us to have quiet time or read.. Also we carry a lot of golf gear with us as we are avid golfers & found some wonderful courses within 1-2 hours from us. The Wicklow hills were amazing as was Glendalough & Avoca We found some lovely restaurants around the area, Katie Lows was a great place recommend to us by the pub across the road just a few minutes drive from the house, Horans in Baltinglass was very good as well. The instructions that were left for the various things eg cooker, TV , binmen & so forth were very good, our only gripe was the poor quality of the WiFi Loved reading about the history of the village on a plaque we found . All in all a wonderful place to stay . We would give it 10*

House was more remote/ rural than we had expected.. Nearest shops were a good 15 minute drive away. All Day trips out involved a drive of 2-4hrs return journey which was a lot for 2 small children. House had plenty of space inside and out with toys and games to play with.

Plenty of room for all the family to either be in each others company, or room to find ones own space. The kitchen diner is a great space. The countryside is beautiful in Autumn and great for drives/walks.

Liked the history of the house. It was spacious accommodation with a big kitchen, large cooking area and a big fridge. Had excellent shower facilities and bathrooms. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds comfy. The parking was good and the location was a bit out of the way but very quiet.
