The house is located in the mountains, so you'll need a car. The hosts, who live in the same building, are incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, including the kitchen. Only the beds have become really uncomfortable these days. The bathroom (shower) occasionally has drainage problems. The pool is a pleasant place to cool off. This was our second time staying at the property.

The pool is nice, the terrace is large. The photos need to be revised. Directly next to the house is a three-story new building with a view of the terrace and the private pool (privacy/quiet). It was empty in summer 2025, but there was very loud construction noise from the interior work every day, which our landlords described as normal. The apartment is small (OK for 4) but too small for 6 people! The kitchen equipment is questionable (e.g., 6 ice cream bowls, only 4 glasses), and the cleanliness is average. Conclusion: A thorough clean, actual photos then.

Very clean accommodation with everything you need. Friendly hosts who stayed in the background but were still available to answer questions. I can highly recommend the accommodation. Walking the dog outside the apartment is only permitted on the street.

We spent two wonderful weeks in the house of the Gasp couple. After a warm welcome from our landlords with a cake, we immediately felt at ease. The beautiful, well-kept garden, which has won many awards as the most beautiful in the area, invites you to linger. The terrace, covered with vines, provides good shade. The pool invites you to cool off for a short while and lets you forget the nearby sea. The heavenly peace is absolutely to be enjoyed. Booked immediately for 2025.

All our expectations were met. Very quiet location. Pool and garden all to ourselves. Really nice, helpful couple as landlords. Received delicious cake as a welcome. Ideal proximity to the island of Krk for excursions.

The house corresponded completely to the description. We felt very comfortable. The owners were always available, very nice and super helpful... We would be happy to come back...

The accommodation is located about 8 km from the center of Crikvenica in the mountains. The large garden with the pool and the shaded terrace is simply beautiful. The apartment and kitchen have everything you need. There is also a grill. The bathroom with washing machine (which we did not use) is big enough. Both bedrooms have 160x200cm beds that are quite soft. One bedroom has a closet. The landlords are super nice. We felt very comfortable.

The owners of the holiday home live on the 1st floor. They do not disturb the guests, but are immediately available for questions. We were greeted with cake. And spoiled with crops from the garden. The apartment and the terrace were very clean, even by German standards. The terrace is divided into 2, a shaded and a sunny part. The hot water was heated with a boiler. This had to be switched on in good time so as not to take a cold shower.
