It may be booked with another apartment in the house if you want to holiday with family and friends.  With wonderful sea views, close proximity to the harbour and beautiful sandy beaches of Paignton, Preston and Goodrington it is an ideal place to enjoy a holiday in Devon.

• Rooms:  2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge/diner, kitchen.

• Beds:  1 double bed, 5ft double bed ( or 2 x 2'6” beds). State preference on booking.

• General:  TV, WiFi available.

• Other:  Bed linen provided, towels not provided

• Other:  Unfortunately only children over 7 yrs or babies in cots please because of the many steps.

• Utilities:  Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box.

• Parking:  Private parking.   

• Security Deposit:This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
