This home has an unusual layout – two self-contained flats, one on top of the other. While this might not work for every group, it’s especially well-suited to two families who want to stay together while remaining conscious of privacy, or groups of friends who don’t mind the bit of space. The home has a lovely patio with a dining area and lawn that can accommodate the whole group for a barbecue with evenings drinks, and inside the flats themselves, you’ll find neat comfortable bedrooms, functional modern kitchens and bright living areas. It’s a central base that’s a ten-minute drive from Downtown and Culver City – meaning you'll be surrounded by some of Los Angeles' best dining, shopping and nightlife.
