Set in the Mendip Hills AONB, the village benefits from stunning scenery and ample opportunities to explore the lands around such as Cheddar Gorge and the Wookey Hole Caves. Within reach of Weston-super-Mare and Bristol too, there's plenty of adventure to explore in the surrounding area of Shipham.

The cottages are all quite private from each other with their own little gardens, gates and front doors and we are in a lovely rural area with masses of open countryside for walking or driving around. If you don't fancy eating out there are several very good takeaways in Winscombe, the nearest large village, who deliver, and most large supermarket will deliver groceries from Weston-sup-Mare.
