This luxury property, set within a landscaped garden in a green and peaceful area, with cypress,walnut and olive trees. Situated in an enviable village location only 200 m from the quite St. Nicholas beach.
Arriving here, it’s hard not to suppress a contented ‘ohh’. Because this villa tackles that tricky traditional-meets-new hurdle with aplomb. Exposed beams, local stone and wrought iron balustrades are mixed with contemporary furnishings and mod-cons.

This place is a real looker, marrying up some classic Mediterranean touches with a cool and contemporary feel.
On the ground floor is the guest apart. On the first floor you've got the main living room-kitchen-dining area, along with a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra WC with walk-in shower. Up on the second floor, meanwhile, there's a large bathroom with a glamorous corner bath and twin basins, not to mention the master bedroom with its elevated double bed and en-suite bathroom.
There is also a triple bedroom on this floor, styled very much with children in mind, which connects to another twin bedroom with tv, dvd.
As to the location, the villa is tucked in a green and peaceful corner. Plus it’s only about five minute walk down to St Nicholas Beach, so you’ll be smoothing on the sun cream in no time.
Of course, you may just want to stay put and relax by your large pool. And the generous terrace is the perfect spot for meals en mass.

St. Nicholas guest apart. is a self contained apartment with the main house. From the covered patio the entrance leads into a large open sitting/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The double bedroom opens on to the patio which provides as lovely cool shaded outside dining area looking at the beautiful pool. The second bedroom with two single beds has a large three sectioned wardrobe. Between the two bedrooms is the bathroom with shower/bath wc and wash basin. The decor is tastefully designed, combining natural materials in a modern style with care and attention to detail. Outside you’ll find a barbecue and a peaceful patio area with table and chairs that’s perfect for al fresco dining. There are also sun loungers for relaxing and enjoying the garden and the swimming pool. So whether you wish to simply relax and enjoy the pool, perhaps with a chilled glass of something delicious, or enjoy the opportunity for al fresco dining, this area is ideal at any time of day or evening.

• Notes on prices:
Rates are for the property per week in Euros.
Maid Service, Laundry and Towels included within rental rates.
Rental Rates include all local taxes, utility bills and final cleaning.
Please contact owner if you require less than one week booking, or have any special requests, we shall try to accommodate!

• Interaction With Guest: 
Once a booking is made we will contact you with a confirmation email containing important information such as directions and check in instructions.

• We would like to inform you, transfer from the airport or the port is available upon request. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

• Changeover day:
We will be flexible wherever possible, but prefer changeover day to be Monday. Departure by 10 am and arrival not before 3 pm , this is to accommodate cleaning and properly preparing the house for your stay.

• Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Linen and towels provided and changed twice weekly. Maid service two times a week. Please note that pool towels are also provided.

• Further details:
Dassia has an abundance of quality restaurants offering a good selection ranging from traditional Greek cuisine and unique Corfiot dishes to Italian and Indian. For those on a budget you can get a good three course meal for under £ 10 and sample quality Greek cuisine for just a few pounds. There are plenty of tavernas to choose from which is one of the main reasons we would not recommend any of the all-inclusive on offer in the resort. There is a good range of both basic tavernas and quality restaurants to keep everyone happy. The Greeks adore children and they are more than welcome in most bars and restaurants. Night-life in Dassia: Evening entertainment in Dassia is relaxed, laid back and varied. There are enough bars to keep everyone happy, but Dassia is not a lively nightclub resort as such. There are no clubs, but there are two very lively disco bars that are open well into the early hours. There are also lively bars on the beach.

• Travel:
Corfu has one airport, located close to Corfu Town. The most popular charter flights to Corfu are Saturdays, Mondays and Fridays. There is also a daily domestic service from Athens. (Note: when searching for flights to Corfu, the Airport is often called 'Kerkyra' or 'Kapodistrias' with flight code CFU.) EasyJet:Offer flights from London Gatwick (LGW), Manchester and Bristol to Corfu. There are also flights with Ryanair.

• Booking notes:
Payments by Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or Bank Transfer.
A deposit 30% of the rental amount is required on booking. The booking can not be confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of the amount can be paid upon arrival in cash or by bank transfer 8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday.
