St Agnes is a thriving creative mix of traditional local inns, restaurants and art galleries. A great base for the avid walker or beach goer, the stunning coastal path is on your doorstep at Newdowns Head. Relax on one of the four different beaches or try a spot of surfing. Attractions in the area include the Wheal Coates ruins, St Agnes Beacon, almost direct access to the South West Coast Path, the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo, Cornwall Gold, Dairy Land Farm World, St Michael s Mount and Land s End. This lovely cottage places you mid point between two lovely beaches of St Agnes and Chapel Porth, both within a 40 minute walk. On entering this traditional but deceptively large one level property you will find a snug and inviting living room where you can snuggle down in front of the TV and wood burner. You can also enjoy views across the fields with the sea in view out over the bay. The perfect place to watch the sun go down over the ocean or just spend some quiet time with a book. This lovely rural retreat also offers underfloor heating, which makes it feel very cosy on cooler days. Completing this lovely cottage is a king size bedroom complete with TV, en suite shower and WC. Heading outside you will find a decked area with seating by a pond and a separate BBQ area. The property is accessed via a long unmade farm track (not suitable for cars with low clearance eg:sports/smart cars), and the accommodation adjoins the owner s home, but still provides total privacy. The beach, shops and pub are all within walking distance.
