House located 100 m from a fine sandy beach, superb. Kitchen equipment to be reviewed (no dishwasher, and fridge without freezer). Only one wall-mounted air conditioning split on the first floor (room where the sofa and TV are, opening onto the balcony). It would be desirable to add an air conditioning split on the ground floor. Very small bedrooms and bathroom. Very narrow shower cubicle. Superb garden with exotic plants, and lots of space. Outdoor shower behind the house.

Bad: outdoor area unkempt but large (everything pours/gets hot), general condition needs improvement, cleanliness okay, bathroom smells unpleasant, beds are an experience, equipment partially defective. Good: outdoor shower, air conditioning, carport, near the beach, roof terrace, washing machine. The house could use a refurbishment and the pictures could be adjusted (basic accommodation). Since we traveled a lot, it was okay for us. Info's in the house would be good for garbage disposal etc. Small rooms.
