Dear Sir or Madam, the vacation apartment I rented is in dire need of renovation, as it is completely outdated. We had several problems: 1. One of the hotplates on the stove was broken, 2. Water was coming out of the dishwasher even though we hadn't used it, 3. Several switches or other devices were broken, and the only electrical outlet was in the bathroom. This is extremely dangerous! We also had no hot water for two days because the gas bottle was empty, as was the lighter. Overall, the apartment is very noisy.

Great location, between the locals. Not very clean, but can be solved with a cloth and a bit dated. Well helped the first two weeks by the hostess, after that it all took a bit longer.

Our stay was correct. It is an original apartment, for my taste it needs to be renovated although it has everything. The positive things to highlight, its location, its views, its common area with a large pool, direct access to the beach. As negative things, the apartment needs to be renovated in general. The sofas are not comfortable, the mattresses either. In the ad it said that it had parking and wifi and neither one thing nor the other.
