Agroturismo Sociano consists of 4 buildings (1 under renovation) 400-600m apart and located deep in the hills of Tuscany (North-East Lazio). Undeveloped area. Wild animals present. Shared swimming pool 300-400m from the buildings. Access via a steep, private, gravel road of 1.5 to 2km depending on the chosen location at a speed of 10km/h takes 10min. High-riding car recommended. Public asphalt access road from both Bagnoreggio (10km) and Vaiano (5km) badly damaged.

Excellent welcome, in a farmhouse in the gullies of Civita di Bagnoregio, the owner was very kind and thoughtful in making us find the warm house. A place where time passes slowly with the rhythms of country life. Unique and of rare beauty.
