There is a spacious open plan kitchen/living/dining area with beautiful views of the rolling countryside as well as the cove itself. The Master bedroom features a double bed and the second bedroom has bunk beds, perfect for 2 young children to relax after a long day exploring South Devon's wonderful coast line. This is a perfect location for a seaside break all year round.

For Families: Travel cot (please bring your own bedding for the travel cot).

Parking: 1 off street designated space is provided. 

General: WiFi provided. Heating and electric included in rent. Bed linen & towels provided. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes -Non-smoking property. WiFi Provided. Weak Mobile Phone Coverage. a window cleaner does attend the property from time to time. No pets. 

Short Breaks - Short Breaks are accepted from January - end of June, from September - December, minimum of 3 nights. Short Breaks are not accepted during the months of July and August.
