The apartment itself is in good condition and looks exactly what you would expect from a ski resort apartment - wood throughout and corner seat in the kitchen. If you like to cook, you need to bring some kitchen equipment. It is very nice that the owners have a hotel three houses down. You can always get answers and help at reception. The people are very nice too.

Parking at the house, great view of the valley from the balcony, large eat-in kitchen, functional equipment, good shower, soft beds with down comforters, carpeted floors, unfortunately the smell of smoke throughout the apartment

Lovely apartment on the 1st floor of the house and within walking distance of the valley run in Kappl. Beds are fine. The room with 2 single beds is smaller, but OK. Some things were missing in the kitchen: there were no ordinary glasses, no bowls, and no tea cups (only mini). You can also store your skis and boots on the ground floor. The location indicated on Interhome is incorrect. The address of the house is Hofer 62 Shower was lovely and nice that there is a separate toilet.
