The attractive regency town of Sidmouth is just three miles south of the property, and offers two beautiful beaches, historic buildings, cosy coffee shops, restaurants, and a range of shops. Further afield, but still within easy reach, there are plenty of local attractions and attractive towns, including Lyme Regis, Beer Caves, Seaton Tramway, and the Pecorama Railway Museum. If you'd prefer to leave the car behind, the local bus to Sidmouth and Exeter stops 300 yards along the lane from the property. This property provides attractive accommodation for two, and is a lovely place to get away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
