The apartment was nicely furnished and had everything you needed. A large kitchen and a lovely covered terrace. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment was good.

This holiday apartment is very nice, but the pictures here with the furnishings are no longer up to date. The cutlery in particular is very minimalistic - we were 5 people and we really didn't have enough, just small spoons and small forks. The landlady is very nice and if you have any questions she will answer them straight away (thanks to Google Translate everything worked out great). Otherwise we had a lovely relaxing week and explored the area well.

The house is in fabulous condition, clean and adequately equipped (kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). The landlady, who lives with her family in the house next door, is very friendly and absolutely discreet. We had a lovely stay and will definitely come back here again.

The reception from F. was very friendly. Everything was shown and explained. The house with its beautiful garden, the large, well-equipped kitchen, the good beds and the possibility of letting the kids jump around safely in the garden (toys available) all contributed to us feeling very comfortable. The old town center is quickly accessible on foot and worth seeing. There is always something going on in the evenings (locals). Shops in the town can be reached on foot or in a few minutes by car.

The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac, yet only a 10-minute walk to the historic center. However, we missed a coffee machine in the kitchen (the metal mocha cooker with rust was not really a good alternative). A cloakroom where you could hang up jackets, rucksacks, etc. would also be desirable

Very clean and tidy, friendly landlord

The apartment was absolutely great! Since the road to the sea is very close, you don't necessarily need a pool in the early season. With the exception of four flat entrance steps, the entire apartment is on the ground floor.

Beautiful house immersed in the Tuscan greenery, at the foot of the ancient village, which offers many ideas and routes for trekking. Clean and new, the house is very easy to access, with a completely independent kitchen. Upon arrival we were greeted by F. and R., two people who know how to put you at ease in an instant, always available. Show.

The accommodation was perfectly adequate for us. Quiet location and everything we needed was there. The town of Suvereto can be reached on foot in a few minutes. Small flaw: There are no wall hooks in the apartment and specifically in the bathroom. Would be achievable with little effort.

House as advertised, however, lacks everyday kitchen utensils causing difficulties in cooking.

A very beautiful house, with superb perfectly maintained exteriors. The furniture is modern and functional. The house is well located in SUVERETO (10 minutes walk from the historic village). However, there is a lack of crockery, especially glasses, well-made knives, and bowls for lunch.
