Serendipity is simply stunning, set in the heart of St Ives's Down-a-long area, this stylish retreat really has the Wow factor! Just a hop skip and a jump from the east and western beaches with their white sands and azure blue seas. Great pubs, restaurants and beach bars adorn the harbour side and the surf crashes in on nearby Porthmeor beach.

Up a couple of steps, enter this haven of tranquility, decorated in neutral colours and beautifully furnished. Ahead of you is the huge bathroom with large bath, large walk in shower, the perfect place to relax and soak after a day walking the coastal path, surfing or just bathing on the beach. The sitting-room is gorgeous, with is comfortable sofas and roaring wood-burner, snuggle up with a book on a cold winters day, put the TV on and enjoy.

n the first floor there are two king size and one double bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, drawers, quality towels, beach towels, bedding and duck down and feather duvets to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Conveniently located between the two bedrooms is a separate luxury shower room. This has a shower, WC and hand wash basin. The kitchen/dining room and lounge are located on the ground floor offering a spacious open plan feeling. In the lounge there is a large comfortable modern surround sofa, a 37” plasma TV and DVD. There are a small selection of DVDs, but please feel free to bring your own selection for the duration of your stay. The kitchen is fully fitted to a high specification to include granite worktops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, upright fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave and electric oven with halogen hob. There is a dining table which seats 6 people. A luxury bathroom is located on the ground floor. There is a large Shower Bath, WC ,hand wash basin and heated towel rail. Luxurious towels and toiletries are also provided.

There is an enclosed courtyard garden to the rear of the property, a rarity in St Ives.

It is ideal for relaxing on summer evenings and alfresco dining. There is access from the courtyard to the harbour and beaches and also an outside shower.
