Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: fridge without freezer, non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

The cleanliness, especially in the bathroom, was not good. Trash can already overflowing upon arrival. Mold in the bathroom and in the shower.

This apartment has almost everything you could wish for. Parking lot, quite large garden, beautiful terrace, close to the spa gardens and the seal station and within walking distance to the beach. We would have liked a hair dryer and some tabs for the dishwasher. With such great weather, loungers in the garden would have been desirable. We recommend.

Mold started in the shower. The radiator in the shower was totally dirty. The apartment was not properly cleaned. Half an hour was just cleaning. We saw it by accident. The cooking back wall was still smudged. The bed pad was full of animal hair, even though it was allergy friendly. The window in the children's room was leaking and had to be stuffed with our towel package. The beds were rock hard.

The apartment is conveniently located, it is about 3 minutes to the wave park, about 5 minutes to Norddeicher Straße and 10 minutes to the beach. The garden is fenced in. Overall, the apartment is bright and friendly. I found the mattresses super what was not so nice are the room doors, which were painted and dirty at hand. The shower stall had black, encrusted corners. The fridge has no freezer compartment.

The Seestern apartment is in a central location within walking distance to all the sights of Norddeich. It is also comfortably furnished, has a fully equipped kitchen and a garden, ideal for dogs or children.

Nice little apartment with garden and good location. Restaurants and the beach are within a 5-10 minute walk. The kitchen is very well equipped. Parking at the house available. Only information from the tour operator that a negative rapid test must be presented upon arrival would have been desirable. That was not the case at the time of booking. Unfortunately, the way to the test center cost us 2 valuable hours because you are overwhelmed there.

We have spent wonderful days here. The apartment is in a good location, is well furnished and especially with a dog it is ideal here because everything is fenced. Really highly recommended.

We liked the apartment very much. Except for the missing freezer everything was there. Maybe you can upgrade that. Very neat house with garden and terrace. We will definitely book it again and recommend it.

- Cleanliness was not good, there was a used handkerchief under my bed from a previous tenant - when I arrived I had to make an announcement because it was dirty - when I pulled my bed on the last day I saw that there was a large black stain on the plymo - the couch was totally worn out and scratched on top - I complained about the things when checking out and the employee only said that they should have said that beforehand. But I didn't see that with the duvet until the end.

I spent a lovely few days in this apartment with my son and our dog. Everything was very easy to reach on foot. The apartment was very well equipped and clean. The garden was great for the dog to play in! The only flaw: unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We had the window open all the time. Otherwise we had a relaxing stay and will definitely be back

Great apartment! However, it would be nice if there were blackout blinds in the bedroom. I think it would be appropriate to protect the garbage cans from view, since the tenants from the upper apartment also logically dispose of their garbage or park their bicycles there.
