The apartment is on the second floor opposite the elevator. The layout and furnishings are good, the kitchen equipment is OK. In my case the stovetops didn't get warm enough, but that was taken care of.

The staff was super nice and the apartment was very clean. The only drawback is that you can't drive up to the building to load and unload the car, which is a bit inconvenient, but otherwise everything was great.

We were very satisfied, apartment very clean, a bit old-fashioned! We, our lodgers, didn't like it. The dog was constantly on the balcony and "continuously" barked. In addition, the balcony was full of dog feces and urine. You could smell that too. Wasn't pleasant. The parking situation was very bad as there was no parking space available. Loading and unloading was very tedious, since our car had to be parked in a no-parking area

Poorly maintained studio! Dirty on arrival. Extremely dirty fridge door. Disgusting windows, floor not vacuumed before we arrived! Fridge broken, hood not working properly, hair dryer not working. Not heated enough. Leak in the bathroom. Bad bedding (sofa bed) no parking, no covid security! I won't be going back there again! Service not up to the asking price!

Small, clean, very centrally located apartment. Everything you need. We felt very comfortable.

Good for 3 to 4 days except for the neighbor's dog below

it was sufficient but in previously rented houses the landlord always offered a little more such as toilet paper, herbs, tea bags everything was very basic the kettle was very affected with lime

We stayed here for a week and overall it was totally fine! We did think it was a high amount for the condition the apartment was in. Various parts of the kitchen were on the verge of falling apart (refrigerator shelf, cupboards, drawers). Furthermore, it is great to stay close to the beach. Unfortunately, it is a complex with residents, so dogs are also allowed, which is completely fine, until they are put on the balcony at 9.30 am to bark ..

The property was not in the condition you were used to. The dishes weren't cleaned, the pans and cups were dirty in the closet. The bathroom wasn't cleaned thoroughly either.

For the 4th time in this house. The location is absolutely great. Close to the beach, park and center. However, the equipment of this apartment was absolutely not to be compared with the others. There really isn't anything here. No drying towels (you can probably book them in addition) No filter bags (you have to bring them with you, just like the coffee) No salt, pepper or similar. Pots, pans and sieves are getting old. Partially damaged and "dangerous", as is the stove. Bed is a sofa bed.

In general, I have nothing to complain about, it was easy to get to the beach, tram station in front of the door, our dog was allowed to come along. The only pity was that the cleaning fee was very high, you should do a lot yourself, unfortunately there was no toaster and the sofa bed was very soft despite the separate mattress.

Good room for 1 person, quite small. TV didn't work and it wasn't really clean. Don't be too precise during the holidays, my mother always said.. near the sea, near the tram. Bredene is not such a nice place. Blankenberge or Ostend are more beautiful. Please note there is no parking, you have to pay extra!

we wanted to see the Belgian coast and decided on the cheap SEASTAR option. Bathroom very old and worn out. Kitchen also no longer modern. The sofa bed has to be folded up during the day to make room. On-site parking only for a fee.
