Mrs Sawyer
February 2019
I needed detail over the accessibility of this house and was pleased to find a normal bannister in place up to the first floor.. The staff told me that there definitely wasnt one!. I was trying to look
at the photos for this info. It would have been easier and less frustrating if I could have spoken to a member of the local staff team who knew the houses, rather than someone from a central location.
The kitchen has nothing to heat anything in the microwave - apart from the dinner service - luckily I took my own pyrex jug with me !
We also had some issues with NETFLIX. The information booklet said it was accessible as a permanent feature - so I rang the office - who rang the owners - who said this wasn't the case now ( amend booklet?)
I have listed the information below which I could not find an answer too prior to my visit, nor could any staff help me with - so to help others -
Please publish:
This house has a bannister rail up to the first floor.
It also has an iron and ironing board, and a good selection of family games and quizzes.
There is a layby you can park your car in, just outside close by to unload your bags.
The front garden has morning sun, lovely to sit and admire the fabulous view of the estuary!
