Shower room with shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area, and sitting room with woodburning stove (logs are not provided)

Situated in Devon is the popular seaside town of Salcombe, a fantastic destination for a classic English holiday, close to North and South Sands beaches, and the National Trust's Overbeck gardens. Salcombe is an ideal spot for watersports, offering surfing, kayaking and boat trips, as well as delicious local food at a selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés, and fish and chip shops. Nearby is the South West Coast Path, a must-see trail when visiting the south of Devon, boasting scenic views, a range of beaches and peaceful walks.
