Such a great apartment that felt like home from home, but with wonderful added extras, upon arrival we were surprised with a bottle of proseco and a few essentials that were needed which was a lovely touch. The views of the sea at the front do not disappoint nor the views of the hills/mountains via the back. This very well kept apartment as others have said, very spacious and immaculately clean. Things that you must take with you are your swim trunks or cossie to take a dip in the ocean with the locals, and your favourite bathbomb and bottle of wine to enjoy when you take a relaxing bath with a view in the evening. Gary informs you of everything you need to know from heating, keys, WiFi and the best local hotshots and takeaways. Fully recommend a stay here.

Good location, spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. Easy access to this area of the coast, and a pleasant stroll along the front. A glass of wine whilst sitting in the bath and taking in the view is a must!

This apartment is to high class standard of decoration and equipment. The rooms are all larger than we expected, especially the main living and kitchen room. The views over the sea are beautiful, our favourite spot was in the main bedroom sitting on the chaise-longue watching the sea and the sky. The bath with a view on the top floor was something out of a movie real luxury, the shower room was also excellent. From this apartment the A55 took you quickly to the places of interest, we got to South stack Holy head in 35 minutes.

Needed somewhere to completely relax and the photos of the apartment really appealed, on arrival the real thing certainly did not disappoint ! It was easy to find and the instructions Gary gave us for locating keys and use of facilities were spot on. The weather for most of the week was stormy and the large windows made it the perfect place to sit and watch the rain and waves from the warmth and comfort of the settee. When we did venture out its a great location for quick access to Conwy, Llandudno, Colwyn Bay etc. The local fish and chip shop, The Jolly something was first class. The apartment is warm and spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable and the bath a real treat! We would definitely recommend staying at Seaview Apartment and hope we gt to go again.

We had a great stay here,it was an excellent base, everything worked as it should, the beds were very comfotable, linen and towels pristine and the views from the windows superb.. The kids started and ended each day on the beach/grass opposite the apartment. Whilst here we did the Llanfairfechan upland walk, and visited Caernarfon and Llandudno which were not far away. We ate out at the Cottage Loaf, Llandudno (food was great and worth the price), and Village Inn, Llanfairfechan (food was equally great and good value), as well as eating in from local indian take away (again food was great). We simply didn't have any complaints.

We stayed 4 weeks at Sea View Apartment as we were in the area looking for somewhere to rent on a long term basis and we needed a base to stay while we did so.. The apartment was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we required. The view looking out to the sea and Puffin Island was lovely and the same view from the bath tub on the top floor bedroom was very relaxing. We could always find somewhere to park outside the apartment although it does get busier at weekends but we didn’t have any problems getting a space. The super king size bed in the first bedroom was huge and so comfortable. All the beds were really comfy, the mattress toppers inspired us to buy our own for our beds at home! Would highly recommended staying at Sea View apartment, the area is lovely and it is close to areas such as Llandudno, Conwy and only about 10mins drive to Bangor.

Whilst not an issue for us I don't think the listing was clear that access would have been difficult for a family with very young children or elderly people or those with any physical disability as the stairs were quite steep and you had to use the fire escape to put out the rubbish once the kitchen bin was full.. We would have liked a freezer in the kitchen and a proper cafetiere would have been a nice touch. The flat is in a good location and had fantastic views.

This apartment is fabulous. It is on the promenade, looking over the sea. The apartment is huge with king sized bedroom and twin bedroom on the first floor and an amazing double bedroom with en-suite on the top floor. The en-suite has a massive bath overlooking the sea, very romantic. The whole apartment was beautifully and very tastefully decorated/furnished, spotlessly clean, very light and airy, with everything you could need for your stay. Gary and Myriam have done a wonderful job refurbishing and kitting out the apartment, they obviously have excellent taste. You will never get fed up of the gorgeous views overlooking the beach. We used the apartment for a base to explore Wales, as it is very close to lots of attractions, although I could have just stayed in the apartment for the whole time, it was so beautiful and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment and can't wait to stay there again.

My family and I had a fantastic 4 day break.. It really exceeded expectations and we will be booking again soon. The kids (4) loved the views over the road to the sea and the locals are great. The Sea View Apartments is a great place to either chill out or explore and is right off the motorway so getting to places like Llanberis is real quick and easy. Highly recommended and we will be going back. Bob

Admittedly our whole experience was coloured by the most glorious early May bank holiday weather and north Wales could not have been more gorgeous.. The apartment has fantastic views - over the sea to Puffin Island one way and to Snowdonia the other. It is newly refurbished, well equipped and extremely comfortable and gave us easy access to both Snowdonia and Anglesey. From aged 11 upwards we all have a fantastic time walking, exploring castles and ancient sites and going on a boat trip to see the puffins and seals. The beach was great - especially finding small spotted cat sharks and there is a co-op within walking distance. We'd definitely go back and had no negative comments at all. My only caveat would be for the less mobile is it is up a lot of stairs.

This apartment was very cozy, great for people that are ok to climb stairs , would definately keep you fit but not for People with less mobility, so if you are young , middle aged and fit like us its a great apartment and we would most definately visit again , cafe across the road and very tasty breakfasts to, well worth the money, pub just a little further on, this would be ideal in the summer for beach walks .. Thanks Mrs Blackburn. 16/3/2018 to 19/3/2018

This is a superb apartment ! First entrance was disappointing but go up and all the stairs become worthwhile. Sea view is very spacious, beautifully presented, the quality of the furnishings are wonderful. We all loved the enormous comfortable beds, fabulous bathrooms and dual aspect living room. Everything was there for us all ranging from 3years old to 65. The views are great, the village is friendly and very well served with 2 parks within 200 yards of the house, Llandudno, Beaumaris or Bangor are easy 10 min drives away. Highly recommend going up the village to the Riverside cafe for a good breakfast served by the nicest of people. We all look forward to a return visit.

This is our second visit to Sea View Apartment and we loved it just as much as the first time.. The apartment itself is lovely with the most amazing views over the beach and sea and Llanfairfechan itself is just so pretty. The apartment slept the 6 of us easily ( 4 adults and 2 children) and the beds were lovely and comfortable - the whole apartment is very spacious. There are 2 playgrounds and a skate ramp within a minutes walk from the front door so the children were happy - and with Oceans restaurant virtually next door and the Beach Pavillion café across the road you really don't need to leave the village. The owners, Gary and Myriam were very friendly and hospitable and we look forward to staying again.

As a family of 6 ranging from teenagers to grandparents, we stayed at Sea View Apartment for a week. We were very impressed with the location across a quite road from the beach, which had lots of room to play when the tide was out and safe swimming when it was in. The younger members of the family spent most of their time here. For the more mature of us, there was time to relax in the apartment with great views over looking the sea, across to Puffin Island and Angelesy. We also made use of the Pavilion located across the road with a good selection of food and drink. When we felt energetic, there was a lovely coastal path to walk along. The facilities in the apartment were also excellent. It was a big help having a washing machine and dryer to keep on top of laundry. The beds were very comfortable and of a high standard. Particularly in the "Penthouse" with a deep stand alone bath where you can look out to the sea. Small shops and take-away's were near by, and the larger towns of Bangor and Llandudno were a short drive along the A55. In summary, there was something to please everyone in the family from the more energetic to those of us that were looking for a relaxing break.

Beautiful and luxuriously furnished, Sea View is everything we wanted from a holiday home and more. Friendly owners who communicated with us regularly during our stay to ensure everything was ok, we felt we could easily approach Gary if we'd had any issues. The flat is at the top of a huge Victorian house with stunning sea views to the front and equally majestic mountains to the rear-and the odd glimpse of trains running by is a bonus! Equally great for staying and playing on Llanfairfechan beach or travelling a little further to Angelsey or Llandudno. You really can take your pick. We didn't try the two very close eateries although both look clean and with good food choices. Chippie is ok and we really enjoyed the Indian, both a short walk away. The local Co-op is handy too. All in all we had an amazing and relaxing time here, we cannot recommend Sea View high enough-book for yourselves and experience it- and hope to be back.

We are just back from a wonderful weekend and already thinking about our next stay - for a week next time! The apartment is beautiful - spacious, well appointed, comfortable, warm, clean - and in a great location just across from the beach. Parking is easy, just outside the property. The beach is fantastic for exploring at low tide and loads to do nearby for all ages. Conwy is in easy reach and we also went to Zipworld at Bethesda. Perfect for families - our group included 3 children aged 11, 6 and 4 and grandma too - we all absolutely loved it.

We chose Sea View for our holiday for its location and also from the gorgeous photos on its website. We weren't disappointed!! The location itself and views are stunning and incredibly peaceful and the apartment was indeed 5 star!! You can tell it is family owned and loved by all the details they have put into refurbishing the property. Just little things like black out blinds in the twin bedroom and plenty of crockery, utensils etc ( even children's ones!!) as well as incredibly comfortable beds and sofas!! I have a 3 year old and the apartment was totally child friendly. Even though you are so close to the main road you wouldn't actually realise it either inside the apartment or out on the beach - it really is that quiet!! There is also so much do so in the surrounding area - we could have stayed another month and not got bored!!! It's hard to put into words how much we enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment but would definitely recommend without hesitation and hope to return at some point!!

We spent the first few days of March 2016 in this lovely apartment. Gary & Myriam could not have been more helpful and communication with them was also excellent. The flat was very warm, plenty of hot water for a bath with stunning views. Tastefully renovated, with expensive fittings and comfortable furniture/beds. Plenty of large bath towels each, and heated rails to dry on. Kitchen is amply supplied with all new items, dishwasher, microwave, quality surfaces. All in all, one did not want for anything. Walks from the door along promenade. Plenty of eating places, Oceans, bit pricy for breakfast. The Beach Pavilliion across the road, better value and plenty of choice, good views. The Village Inn, good homely food, friendly staff. The Austrian Restaurant, excellent food, well worth a trip. We shall definitely return to this stunning flat! Thank you Gary & Myriam

This is a lovely apartment, furniture and fittings all very well thought out and considered. Amply stocked kitchen, dishwasher, combi boiler for hot showers/bath. Can get quite extreme weather here at the sea front and the tasteful double glazing cocoons you from the worst of it. Wonderful sea views, comfy beds and tasteful white bed linen and towels. Have already recommended to friends who live in the village. Will definitely book again.

The Apartment was beautiful and so comfortable, we did not want to leave. The views were stunning and everyday was perfect. Llanfairfechan was a perfect area to use as a base to visit the surrounding areas and Anglesey. We enjoyed every minute and every aspect of our holiday.

We spent a week at Sea View with our kids aged 1 and 4. We have a fair amount of experience with self-catering accommodation across the UK and this was one of the really, really good ones. The flat has been very recently renovated to an exceptionally high standard. The decor is neutral and smart and everything is very good quality. The bathrooms are lovely and the shower was excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped and works well, with beautiful mountain views from the window. The lounge area was very comfortable and such incredible changing views out to the sea and Anglesey, we just loved it. All beds were comfortable - not always the case in holiday accommodation!! There was a box of toys which was much appreciated by the kids, and a good selection of DVDs - oh and TV was superb, and there was even Wifi, which made a huge difference when planning trips! I really don't have anything bad to say about this place, it was just perfect. Gary and Myriam had left useful information about how everything worked and activities etc. and also answered the queries I had once we arrived very promptly. In terms of visits, the location is just ideal. We visited Lllandudno for a trip down the pier and also a ride on both cable car and tram up to the Great Orme. We went to the excellent RSPB reserve at Conwy. We saw Caernarfon Castle and also Penrhyn. The railway at Lllanberis and railway centre at Betws-y-coed. The pier at Bangor. The Bodnant Welsh Food Centre was lovely for a coffee and scone, as well as stocking up on lovely local produce. And of course we spent a few afternoons just kicking about the beach out front. The village is a bit further up the hill really - maybe ten minutes walk, but we just nipped up in the car mostly. There is a really good Coop, about to be extended into a new store, as well as a few other shops including a PO, cash point and a decent fish & chip shop and really good Indian takeaway. There was also a pharmacy in the nearby medical centre which is always helpful with kids...! All in all, I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough - great location, great flat, great holiday. If you haven't been to this corner of the world, go now, and stay here.
