Great place to stay, very well kept, well equipped and in a very quiet area overlooking fields.. Well situated as a base for visiting coastal locations such as Scarborough and Whitby, also for visiting the Yorkshire Moors.

Sea roke is a lovely bungalow situated in a very quiet residential street in a great location explore Filey and surrounding areas.. Sea roke has a lovely garden with imitation grass and a platform to enjoy the unspoilt views beyond. There were top quality appliances, crockery and furnishings and we found the bungalow was very cosy and comfortable. The one thing I would say is that I think certain conditions stated on information when you arrive should have been on the sykes website these conditions were not a problem for us but could be an issue for others and I feel people should be well informed of these PRIOR to booking. There is a 8pm-8am ‘respectful quiet hours scheme’ with no exceptions for the whole of wooldale drive and a no outdoor footwear policy in the property. Overall I would not hesitate to book sea roke again it suited our needs perfectly.
