Peace and quiet and extremely well equipped cottage.. Nearby beaches were amazing and we were close to the borders and different attractions such as Floors castle, Kelso, St Abbs and Holy Island

What a wonderful mid week holiday we have had.. Sea Lily cottage is lovely in every way. We were as warm and comfy in this cottage as we would of been in our in our own home. Thankfully the weather was brilliant, blue sky and sunshine all the way. Our dog was very happy too! Plenty of clean beautiful beaches for her to run and play very near by. Thankyou again we shall be back.

A fantastic location and quite understated in their wording.. An easy to keep clean place - important when leaving on the last day, but such a lovely hideaway - so quiet and nicely decorated. The dog loved it and so did my Mum. 5 mins from the turn to Holey island and 10 minutes from Berwick - soooo accessible for the coast and away from the bustle. Perfect

Lovely cottage, great rural setting next to a working farm but just a few minutes from the beaches and castles etc.. Will return.

The super king bed available is in the smaller bedroom so can only be accessed from one side.. Generally well equipped cottage in tranquil but convenient location

Cottage is well situated near the A1 to travel up or down the coast.. As someone else mentioned, the water is not the best for drinking so we would 'pop' down the road (about 1 mile) to Haggerston Castle holiday park shop and buy containers of water (cheap!). Lots of useful leaflets, etc about places to visit. Good 3 mile walk at St Abbs to clifftop lighthouse.

This is a gem of a cottage in a quiet area.. It has everything you need and as a family we had a fantastic break. It was lovely and clean and very cozy when we lit the wood burner. We cooked meals in every night and had everything needed to do so. Its in an ideal location so we could get out and about to see the fantastic countryside , villages and castles. Can't wait to visit again. If booking with children i would suggest buying bottled water. The cottage is on its own supply and our children ( and dog ) wouldn't drink it even with Vimto in.! It was fine when boiled for tea etc
