This is the second time we have stayed at Sea Break. It is a lovely house and ideally situated to visit the East Coast. The accommodation is very clean, modern and comfortable. Previously we had stayed in a number of houses within Flamborough and this is by far the best. Near all local amenities. We couldn't ask for anything more and plan to return again next year.

A lovely, cosy warm holiday home that was a pleasure to return to every day. Everything we needed was in the village for basics and eating in/out. It was great to have a fully enclosed garden for our dog to go out in and a good off road parking space.

A lovely clean, spacious holiday home. It was very comfortable and so warm and welcoming. The owner showed us around and left us a lovely welcome pack which was well received. It was central in the village and close to all the nice eateries. Although close by to the pubs we did not notice any noise at all we had a lovely quiet and peaceful holiday break. I would like to book again when I come back to the lovely Flamborough village.

Just returned from a weeks holiday here, it was fabulous. Well located for the many walks on offer, and good links to other areas such as Brid and Filey etc. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and sofas, great for relaxing after a long day walking. Central for the village pubs and shops etc. Great welcome from the owner. Perfect for couples, families and your four legged friend!!!

A lovely family break with our children aged 12, 9 and 11 months. We were later than planned arriving and the owner kept in contact with us via text so that he could be around to greet us on our arrival. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the house and it was well equiped to meet our family's needs. We were very pleased with the large travel cot and baby highchair as they were of a good quality and very clean. Our Labrador was greeted with a bowl of water, clean bedding and some tasty snacks! The Co-op round the corner was handy and the local fish and chip shop sold the nicest fish we'd ever tasted! We enjoyed Flamborough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place, owner and accommodation to anyone interested in a relaxed family break in Yorkshire.

Sea Break is an excellent place to stay. The location is great for the shops and the pubs. We much appreciated the warm welcome from the owner. Sea Break is very spacious, warm and comfortable which we needed with 3 young grandchikdren. Private parking and also use of the garage for muddy boots was a great addition and was needed, as the weather was not great. There is a garden but as it was Oct then we did not make much use of it. It is an easy walk to the nearest beach. Lots of attractions not far from Flambrough, and walking on the coastal paths is a must.

We enjoyed everything about our holiday to Seabreak, the house was nicely furnished and warm.We had two dogs with us and the garden was perfect for them with the enclosed fence and the grass had just been cut before our arrival. The surrounding area is great for walking and seeing the sights and you have four pubs on your doorstep who allow dogs in even when serving meals we ate at all for pubs and the food was excellent and the locals are all very friendly and helpful.

just spent a week in this lovely and conveniently located house - everything you need for a relaxing time. Flamborough is an ideal place for walking and visiting surrounding places like Danes Dyke and Bridlington. The local pubs serve good food or you can choose to eat in as the kitchen is very well equipped. The enclosed garden is ideal if you are visiting with a pet as we did. Would we go back? Definitely!

Lovely cottage in great location.. Very well equipped, had everything I needed. Loved the idea of a lock on the inside of the gate, made it more secure for my dog to be in the garden alone. Fantastic owners and was very helpful.

Cottage was lovely and clean and comfortable.. Close to plenty of areas of interest and where we could walk our dog. The enclosed back garden was ideal for both us and the dog as we could relax after a day out walking and the dog was safe and not a nuisance to other people. Will definitely go again. We met the owner on arriving at the cottage and he made us feel really welcome.
