While arriving at the house. We noticed a very strong nuisance smell which was very disturbing to the pool. Swimming pool is very suitable for children but not for adults not deep enough If you sit on the terrace you have a beautiful view. But if you stand up you look straight at the Aldi and no privacy much view from the neighbors. Have to pay for air con as none present on the bedroom doors have to stay open. The gardener came by to water the garden with weed distribution.

This villa is very pretty, very well located. A breathtaking view of the sea as well as the magnificent citadel. A very clean swimming pool. A house that is well equipped with household appliances and kitchen utensils. The small weakness is the bedding. Air conditioning is a big plus point for better sleeping at night. I recommend this house which is ideal for families.

Very well equipped and very functional house for 4 people. Located on the heights of Peniscola, in a quiet area. Very nice unobstructed view of the sea in the distance. On the other hand, the bedding in the back bedroom deserves to be changed (used mattress and creaky box spring…) and a refresh (paint) of the whole house would be a little more. On the other hand, we had to pay 20 euros on arrival, for the air conditioning…! while this was noted included.

Perfect house to relax in a quiet urbanization, but close to everything.

The house was like in the photo. Perfect for the holiday week with some things that could have been improved. The lack of air conditioning and the rather uncomfortable mattress were the only “bad” things, but overall everything was perfect. The pool has solved our holidays especially in this period. Very advisable.
