Unfortunately it is a bit old and worn out. Unfortunately we had to go on holiday when houses like this are twice as expensive! It looks more like a garden shed with something built on. Air conditioning broken, washing machine in the shower and uneven floors etc. The winter garden cannot be used when the sun is shining and heats up the rest of the house a lot.
