Wi Fi did not give strong enough signal for us to connect but we can live without the internet for a few days others might find it a problem.. Dining chairs could do with replacing. Best bed we have ever slept in. Freesat is a bind couldn,t use our bt box with films on we had recorded. Also had usb with films on first tv we,ve come across with no usb port. Apart from all that it is a nice place offroad parking a bonus

The apartment was really very clean.. Everything you could possibly need was supplied. It was lovely to have a full size fridge/freezer which enabled us to buy all our shopping on the first day, most holiday flats we have stayed in only have a small fridge with a tiny ice box which means multiple trips to the supermarket through the week. The luxury of a washing machine and tumble dryer allowed me to do a couple of loads before going home. The little touches were really appreciated e.g. dishwasher tablets, washing machine powder/capsules, fresh flowers, wine and biscuits upon arrival. The location is brilliant, very quiet at night. The beach is only a couple of minutes across the road. I can highly recommend the walk down to Fraisthorpe along the beach to see the WW2 sea defences and pillboxes. The Lobster Pot pub/restaurant was also a pleasant walk. The railway station is easily reached on foot from here. At night the south promenade is well lit, so no problems taking the dog out late at night. Bridlington is a great location with beautiful beaches and plenty of litter bins (essential when you have a dog). We have been coming to Brid for 30 years and still love it. I would highly recommend the apartment and hope to be booking again soon, it really is a gem of a place for dog owners.

Really enjoyed our week.. Apartment was excellent - clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped. Located on the sea front and with private parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and would like to return for another holiday.

The flat internally was practically perfect, the location was ideal 2/3 minutes and your on the Beach, Dogs were allowed on.. The Harbour, Town centre, Supermarkets and the local Vet's are all only a few minutes away, car parking was plentiful. Bridlington and its surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, no litter anywhere, we recommend Sandy Shores at Bridlington 100 percent and will definitely contemplate another visit.

A really lovely place.. Everything you needed was there. Even an umbrella if you needed one. Anything wrong was put right immediately by Tony. Tony was a very nice helpful person. Very near to the beach and theatre. Lovely walk to town.

Lovely for our dog as there was a dog friendly beach just across the road.. Tesco and Morrisons were a 5 minute drive away but couldn't find a corner shop anywhere, possibly because it was a residential area.We enjoyed our stay and would try for that property again if we go up that way.

It ticked all the boxes for us ,perfect location ,off road parking, washing machine and tumble drier ,spacious, clean, pet friendly, its also got a bath and a shower.. There was a bench outside front door which over looks beach/sea . Shops, harbour, amusements, fair and spa all in walking distance . Morrisons and Tesco 1 mile away. Golf course just around the corner and bowling green to the rear of the property.

We enjoyed the whole of our holiday experience ranging from exceptional accommodation to beautiful beach and sand.. Dog friendly beach and easy access to the Promenade. On site parking was a real convenience. As was the availability of seating along the full coastal area, and due to back injuries I found the ready seating a real boon. The accommodation was second to none. many thanks to Mr J Fitzherbert for going more than an extra mile in providing such thoughtful and welcoming place to stay. We would unreservedly recommend this as a holiday stay and look forward to returning.

You advertised the accommodation as Welcoming Annexe cottage but when we arrived it was a ground floor flat in a large house with a bigger second floor flat above, our experience of renting holiday flats/ accommodation is not good therefore WE DO NOT RENT them.. for your info an annex is a building attached to the main building not part of a house, your staff had visited the property to advise on fire precautions carbon detectors etc and should have seen the type of accommodation. The layout and cleanliness was very good the bed very comfortable very impressed on arrival, a short walk to the sea front off road parking about twenty minutes walk to the center of Bridlington with its long sandy beach, plenty of places to eat out. There were problems I noticed there were none recorded in the visitors book but the owners advised in the information book which was helpful to ring Tony if we experience any. We did the toilet seat was very unstable, the shower only produced hot water not adjustable only the showers pressure, even so I tried to have one then it went cold and unable to adjust, as a plumber who had installed one of the same type in my home this shower needed replacing. the extractor fan did not work in the bathroom and the window being locked caused towels etc to be damp. When we stayed in and went to use the tin opener it was in a disgusting state and need of replacement, it makes me wonder if anyone checks between rentals, we check every room is as we found it before leaving.

The apartment was very well presented, great attention to detail.. The position is in a very nice area with the beach just across the road, idea if you have a dog. With the town only a10-15 min walk along the sea front you will find everything you need, we had fish and chips from Wards overlooking the harbour, they were first class and Chinese takeaway from Yips which was very good. If you are looking for a nice chill out break in a quite location I done think you will be disappointed.

We had to find somewhere to stay quickly as we had to attend a pool event.. It was perfect for location. The owners were wonderful and was extremely clean. Facilities were brilliant, we didn't need to bring anything with us. Highly recommended to couples wanting a break away. (Nice size TV in the living room, maybe need a larger one in the bedroom)
