Downstairs the living space is generous and bright including a sitting room with wood burning stove, a dining area and a modern kitchen. There is also a bar, a snug and the elegant hall is home to a baby grand piano. Outside a level terrace and lawn is ideal for croquet and beyond there is a rough lawn area for children to play. Tennis court available by arrangement. During the festive period, the streets of Totnes come alive with its annual Christmas market. From Totnes, set off on walking routes with stunning backdrops along the Dart Valley Trail, or explore the historic Totnes Castle. The historic navel town of Dartmouth and the shops and estate at Dartington are just a short drive away.
