This cozy apartment with balcony and parking space is in dire need of renovation. The kitchen appliances work well, but the frying pans need replacing. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

The apartment is old, but has a spacious floor plan. Everything is there, even a Nespresso machine. WiFi works perfectly. Parking is included.

Furnishings are minimal, in particular the kitchen is poorly equipped. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. The reception was very friendly. Because of the location I would recommend the apartment. But you have to accept the shortcomings.

Good location. 5' walk from the center and near bus stop. Nice view. The apartment is really old. Shame. We could make it a little more cheerful with some furniture from Ikea, for example. The beds are good. Kitchen knives deserve to be changed. Don't cut anything anymore. The windows are not insulated and difficult to open/close. The steward's welcome was perfect. Thank you.

Satisfactory surface, old furniture especially those on the balcony, a Nespresso machine would be a plus. Some utensils (tefal pans) damaged and dangerous. An effort on the rental price is necessary. The correspondence by intrusive and repetitive emails and very unclear. Only one reference person would be desirable, the lack of wifi is disabling thank you
